To guarantee a reservation we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
If you need to cancel, we will apply any deposit or payments toward a future rental. Your rescheduled reservation will be subject to future availability and rates. The rescheduled reservation must be scheduled for use within one year of date of original reservation.
