Excelent apartments. Not too expensive

Yoo is a very luxurious and High end apart hotel. The accomodations were neat, comfortable and well decorated. Another plus is that each apartament comes with its own kitchen and full set appliances. Also, Yoo's common areas are great for relaxing, especially the spa area, which is exceptional. The pool area is also a great option, and I personally appreciated the fact that a DJ was hired play house music each afternoon during the summer. However, I do believe that Yoo could provide a better customer service to its guests. The Yoo aind to be positioned as a high end establishment, and it is imperative that it delivers excellent service at all times. Unfortunately, we did not experience this. Although employees were very helpful and kind to us, room service was very disappointing: one day we ordered a few glasses of wine to the room but they never arrived, the other day we requested a repair to be made in the bathroom, but nothing was done whatsoever. Also, the gym area had one main equipment broken, and was missing filtered water. Finally, I would rate my stay as a 7.5, as the structure and accomodations of the Yoo are great, although the poor customer service was a true setback to the entire experience.

The most fabulous hotel in this beach town, quieter than like sized cities, convenient, best steaks in the world! Lots of fresh fruits and veggies with every meal. Hotel was super clean, comfortable, great staff... park only small cars in the garage... tiny spaces!

Good location, polite staff, housekeeping was on top apart from our check-in day. We were welcomed to sheets that contained bodily fluids, blood and dirt(pics attached). Good pool area, nice sushi restaurant downstairs and convenient parking(free too).

Decent experience. Yoo had some highs: brilliant outdoor pool area, laundry washing machine in every apartment, great location within walking distance to groceries, bakeries, and high end restaurants. Lows: every day our sheets were changed with old, poorly cleaned linen. Seeing spots on your sheets at a 5 star resort is totally uncool. Also my apartment faced the street and was very loud with cars at night. This could be improved with better window acoustics. The lifts and common halls are sweltering hot - there is no Central ventilation. Finally, the apartments didn't feel very comfortable. Hard floors cleaned with cheap soap, poor lighting, gaudy furniture, and obvious wear and tear on the sofa. The experience was fine, but for this price, 3 stars is very generous.
